The customer service chat in OmaElisa for Companies is available on weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm. The chat service can help you with issues related to purchases, invoicing, or disruptions.

    Call our customer service when you want to make changes to your orders or inquire about the status of assignments. Our customer service is available on weekdays from 8 am to 4:30 pm. We charge for the actions taken according to our service price list*. The call charge is mcc/lnc.

    Our fault reporting service helps you in case of disruptions and outages. You can also inquire about previous fault reports, or deactivate a subscription when your device is lost or has been stolen. The call charge is mcc/lnc.

    Schedule a meeting with a sales representative, either in person or remotely. You can also visit Elisa stores without an appointment. Our sales staff serves you in 60 stores across Finland.

Elisa's Yritysguru support service

Yritysguru offers you technical assistance in different cases, such as connection issues, security software installation, device setup, and transferring emails to a new service. The service is open on weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM. The call charge is €3.04 per call + €3.62 per minute, including 25.5% VAT + mpc/lnc.
