International construction industry player Peikko Group grew tired of constantly worrying about digital network threats and decided to implement a comprehensive cyber security solution. Collaboration with Elisa now provides Peikko with effective network monitoring, rapid response to threats, and a reliable partner that continuously develops the company’s cyber security capabilities over the long term.
Peikko Group, known for its innovative construction solutions, wanted to completely renew its information security services to ensure the company can grow internationally in a secure manner and respond to cyber threats both now and in the future.

The SOC monitors Peikko’s digital environment 24/7 and responds rapidly to potential threats. At the same time, Peikko’s cyber security maturity is continuously monitored and developed through close collaboration.
“We reviewed the alternatives very broadly and concluded that Elisa best meets our needs in terms of the overall solution we were seeking,” Puoskari says.

“It was extremely timely for us to invest in raising our overall security level and managing cyber security processes in a more professional manner,” Lasse Puoskari explains.
The attack surface requiring protection is broad, as our operations are spread across dozens of locations around the world. Fluctuations in geopolitics and market conditions bring their own challenges. We also have factories, for example, in Ukraine and the Middle East.
According to Puoskari, it was important for Peikko that its cyber security partner is a Finnish company that is also capable of operating in a global environment. Reliability and expertise are key to a sustainable partnership.
