Does your invoice contain charges for premium rate services?

Your invoice always shows the calls, text messages, and premium rate service charges during the invoicing period. You can find a breakdown of your invoice in the Invoices section in OmaElisa for Companies.

Premium rate services are shown in the Service number charges and mobile payments section of the invoice. These services are not included in your subscription's call or SMS packages.

Here are some examples of premium rate services:

  • Calls or text messages to service numbers or company numbers
  • Calls or text messages to participate in TV or radio competitions
  • Charity donations
  • Purchasing services through apps

Premium rate services are charged according to the service provider's prices. You can limit the use of premium rate services by opening the subscription details in OmaElisa for Companies and finding the Barring services section.

Did you get your first invoice for a new subscription?

The use of your subscription and additional services is charged on a daily basis. Therefore, the first invoice of a new subscription may contain charges from before the first full invoicing period.

In the breakdown of your invoice, you can check the invoicing period under the Charges from heading. You can find a copy and breakdown of the invoice in the Invoices section of OmaElisa for Companies.

After the first invoice, you'll receive an invoice once a month.

Did you get an invoice for a terminated subscription?

The use of your subscription and additional services is charged on a daily basis. Therefore, the final invoice contains charges until the termination date of the subscription.

In the breakdown of your invoice, you can check the invoicing period under the Charges from heading. You can find a copy and breakdown of the invoice in the Invoices section of OmaElisa for Companies.

Have you recently updated your subscription?

When you update your subscription, the subscription type can change in the middle of an invoicing period. You will be charged for the use of your old subscription until the date that the subscription type changes. After that date, you will be charged for the use of the new subscription.

In the breakdown of the invoice, you can see the exact dates of all charges. You can check the breakdown in the Invoices section of OmaElisa for Companies.

Does your invoice contain a late fee?

If we have sent you a payment reminder, you'll be charged the standard compensation for late payment according to our service price list. You can check your open and paid invoices in OmaElisa for Companies.

Note that it may take up to 3 business days for the invoice status to update. Therefore, a paid invoice can momentarily show as open or overdue in OmaElisa for Companies.

If you subscription has been cancelled due to unpaid invoices or a cancelled subscription needs expedited reactivation, these actions will be charged in your next invoice.

Does your subscription have very little use?

Our minimum invoicing amount is EUR 20. If your charges for the invoicing period are less than the minimum amount, you won't receive an invoice. Instead, the charges will be moved to the next invoice. This means that your invoice may contain charges from several months.

Note that even if the minimum amount is not met during the following invoicing period, you will nevertheless receive an invoice after three months. If the service has a two-month invoicing period, you will receive an invoice after four months.
