Make everyday work easier with our self-service portal! With OmaElisa for Companies, you can skip customer service queues while enjoying valuable discounts. If you need help, you can still always call your contact person or contact our customer service.

OmaElisa for Companies is intended for organization's administrators, or persons with the authority to sign on behalf of a company.

OmaElisa for Companies login is being renewed in 2026

Going forward, both OmaElisa for Companies and OmaElisa Classic will use the Elisa ID for login.

The Elisa ID is a personal user account linked to your personal identity number, allowing you to sign in to various Elisa services. Going forward, you will be able to use the same Elisa ID to access Elisa’s self-service channels, whether you are a private customer or an administrator for a business organization.

The new login method will further improve security and will support strong authentication. The Elisa ID is used solely for authentication purposes, and for example, information related to your personal customer account will not be visible in the data of the companies you represent.

You don’t need to do anything in advance. The login window will guide you through setting up your Elisa ID.​

What can I do in OmaElisa for Companies?

Start using OmaElisa for Companies

  • 1. Create account

    1. On the login page of OmaElisa for Companies, click Register an account.
    2. Enter part of the company's name or business ID in the Business ID or company name field, and select the correct company.
    3. Authenticate using your bank credentials or Mobile certificate.
    4. Enter your phone number, email address, and the desired password.

    You now have an account in OmaElisa for Companies! Next, you can log in.

  • 2. Log in

    1. Go to the login page of OmaElisa for Companies.
    2. Enter your user ID and password.
    3. Click Log in.
  • 3. All set!

    OmaElisa for Companies is now ready for use.
